Fees & Billing

Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can manage auto‑renewal settings via your account dashboard. Disabling auto‑renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided.
Service Modifications
The service may modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when practical. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. No compensation is owed for modifications.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security concerns, or operational requirements. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded or cached materials.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are strictly prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued for infringement.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes shall first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.
